Short Bio:
In the 1990s, his experience in climatology and water relations of plants drew Paul E. Waggoner, Distinguished Scientist at The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station, New Haven into National Academy studies of adaptation to climate change, where he and Jesse Ausubel collaborated. Since then, he and Ausubel have investigated land use by agriculture and forests, and studied dematerialization.
