Meeting Location
The meetings will be held in the 2nd Floor Central Conference Room, located in Encina Hall East on the Stanford campus. A map of the Stanford campus is available in .pdf format here. Dinner Thursday evening will be at The Stanford Faculty Club in the Gold Room.

Meeting Agenda
